With the new year, I find myself more dedicated than ever to self-care habits that keep me youthful, happy, and healthy. After all, if I’m going to age, I might as well do it gracefully – preferably with a cup of herbal tea in one hand and a gua sha tool in the other! So, let’s dive into my personal top picks for skin health habits that I recommend most often, along with a few fun tidbits that might just inspire you to adopt them, too.
