I actually wrote an entire post about the benefits of vitamin C in skin care, but I’m mentioning it again here because I simply can’t get enough of how amazing it is for your skin. When applied topically, Vitamin C gets to work to produce collagen, promote cellular turnover (which makes healing more effective), protect from sun damage, hydrate, and oh so much more!
1. Drink lots of water
Seriously, I can’t stop gushing about how great vitamin C is for skin health. If you aren’t already, make sure you start implementing it in your skin care routine. These are a few of my go-to skin care products with vitamin C in them:
Skinceuticals C E Ferulic is one of the best vitamins for clear skin. This vitamin C serum helps neutralize free radicals induced by UVA/UVB, infrared radiation (IRA), and ozone pollution (O3), which may lead to visible signs of accelerated skin aging. In addition to antioxidant protective benefits, C E Ferulic improves signs of aging and photo-damage, the appearance of lines and wrinkles, and the loss of firmness, while brightening skin’s complexion.
2. Use Vitamin C To Your Advantage
These Vitamin C lotions are formulated with the newest, highly stabilized form of Vitamin C for healthy, radiant skin. The 30% formula contains one of the strongest concentrations of Vitamin C available. Contains THD Ascorbate, a very powerful form of Vitamin C Brightens dull skin Provides a full line-up of antioxidants, including Vitamin E and Coenzyme Q10 Reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
3. Stay Out of the Sun
